Three pieces of work, carried out by the people who now lead this company under the group and the free zone firm. Each is public and can be checked.
A 146 metre residential tower in the Marina District of Eko Atlantic City, and the tallest residential building in Nigeria. It was commissioned on schedule in December 2021. The programme ran straight through the COVID-19 pandemic and the global supply chain disruption that followed, and construction did not halt.
The relevant fact for a prospective client is not the height. It is that a Nigerian development of that complexity met its date in the worst delivery environment in living memory, under the leadership of this firm’s managing director as chief executive of the developer, Eko Development Company, from 2019 to 2023.
The proof of a delivery practice is a date that was met, not a portfolio of renderings.
Financial modelling and a capital raise of US$500 million for the reclamation and development of Eko Atlantic City, a financial and residential city built on ocean land off Victoria Island and protected by the Great Wall of Lagos.
The scheme is instructive well beyond its own site. It is the clearest Nigerian case of a project that could not have been funded on the strength of its engineering, and was funded on the strength of its structure: the ownership vehicle, the phasing, the infrastructure platform, and the way public and private interests were separated and priced.

The corridor was not built. We record it here rather than leave it out, because a crossing of that lagoon is not a new idea to this firm, and because the reasons a well-conceived corridor stops are exactly the reasons this company exists. It is unfinished work, and we would take it up again.
There are live proposals on the desk. None of them appears on this site, under any description, because none of them is live in the sense that matters: no client has authorised publication, and several are commercially sensitive to the parties who commissioned them.
