2. What Data We Collect
Contact form submissions (via Formspree): When you submit our contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), nature of enquiry, and message. This data is transmitted to and stored by Formspree, Inc. and delivered to our team email inbox. Formspree’s privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Job applications: When you apply for a vacancy, we collect your name, email address, CV, and cover letter. This data is sent directly to [email protected] and stored securely in our email system.
Website analytics (Google Analytics 4, with consent only): If you accept cookies, we collect anonymised data about how you use this website, including pages visited, time on site, and approximate geographic location (country/city level). No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data. Google Analytics data is processed by Google LLC in accordance with Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Cookies: We set cookies only after you give consent via our cookie banner. Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics are prefixed with _ga. If you decline, no cookies are set and GA4 is disabled.
3. How We Use Your Data

5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with the following trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Formspree, Inc. — contact form processing
- Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) — website analytics (with consent)
- IONOS SE — website hosting
All third-party processors are subject to data processing agreements and are required to protect your data to appropriate standards.
6. Data Retention
- Contact form enquiries: Retained for 2 years from the date of submission, or until the matter is resolved
- Job applications: Retained for 12 months from the date of receipt. Unsuccessful candidates may request deletion at any time
- Analytics data: Retained for 14 months in Google Analytics (default retention period)
7. Your Rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (“right to erasure”)
- Withdraw consent for analytics at any time (clear your browser cookies and re-select “Decline” on the cookie banner)
- Object to or restrict processing in certain circumstances
- Lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) at ndpc.gov.ng

8. International Transfers
Formspree and Google Analytics process data on servers outside Nigeria, including in the United States. These transfers are conducted under appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses.
9. Security
Our website is served exclusively over HTTPS. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction. Form submissions are transmitted directly to Formspree over encrypted connections.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
