Operations Executive Support Full-time On-site Open Until Filled

A pivotal role at the heart of Eko Atlantic City's most exciting new enterprise. You will support the CEO directly and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the firm — serving as gatekeeper, operations lead, and the connective tissue across all active mandates.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all internal office operations, systems, and administrative processes
Serve as primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the CEO
Coordinate board meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items
Liaise with clients, investors, consultants, and regulatory bodies
Support project tracking across active mandates
Handle travel logistics, itinerary planning, and expense management
Maintain confidential files and documentation to governance standards
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals
Ensure compliance with Free Trade Zone administrative requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years in executive support or operations management
Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
High degree of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in real estate, financial services, or professional consultancy is an advantage
Familiarity with the Lagos business environment and EAC is desirable

Marketing Business Development Full-time On-site Open Until Filled

Drive brand visibility, client engagement, and business development for Eko Atlantic City’s leading development consultancy. A high-impact, high-ownership role with significant creative and strategic latitude from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to position Makaya Consult as the leading EAC development consultancy
Manage digital channels: website, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
Create brochures, pitch decks, capability statements, and client presentations
Research and identify new client prospects — HNWIs, developers, and international investors
Coordinate participation in industry events and expos (e.g. MIPIM, Lagos real estate forums)
Develop case study content including the Azuri Towers delivery story
Monitor market trends and competitor activity in Eko Atlantic and wider Lagos market
Track and report on marketing performance metrics

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Minimum 2–4 years in marketing, PR, or business development
Strong creative writing and content development skills
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and design software (Canva, Adobe, or equivalent)
Excellent interpersonal skills for high-net-worth and institutional stakeholder engagement
Understanding of the Nigerian real estate market and/or luxury property sector is an advantage
Photography, video editing, or graphic design skills are a bonus
